Our business hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. We're closed on weekends and public holidays.

Yes, we offer delivery services within Metro Manila. Delivery fees depend on your location and the size of your order.
Do you deliver to Quezon City? I live near Triangle Park and want to know if you cover that area.
Yes! We deliver to all of Quezon City. Delivery fee for your area would be around ₱100-150 depending on the order value.
How long does delivery usually take? I'm planning to order for a small gathering this weekend.

Do you accept installment payments for large orders or special packages?
Yes, we offer installment plans for orders above ₱5,000. Please contact our customer service for the terms and conditions.

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS. You can use this number on our website to track your order status.
I ordered yesterday but haven't received any tracking information yet. When should I expect it?

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with receipt. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
What if the product arrived damaged? Do I still need to return it within 7 days?
For damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately and you won't need to return the damaged product.
